We produce antennas for a range of applications, both civilian and military, and have all the necessary test equipment to ensure that each antenna passes the most stringent quality and functional assessments.
Injection Moulding
With our own injection moulding facilities, we have the ability to produce injection moulded products to your exact requirements.
Cable Assembly and Wire Looms
From simple wiring looms to complex cabinet wiring, Roscan employees are all certified to the WHMA-A-620 standard for cable assembly. We can undertake all types of cable assembly and wire loom work.
Connector Assembly
We specialise in the assembly of connectors to a wide range of cable types, from typical industrial PC applications, through to MIL-spec assemblies for high durability.
PCB Assembly
Roscan can provide either manual circuit board assembly for smaller production runs, or we can utilise a fully automatic surface mount machine for larger batch runs. We also undertake prototyping and can provide design and bespoke manufacturing services.
Through Hole Assembly
The operation of component mounting through holes in a printed circuit board is termed through-hole assembly. Through Hole assembly involves two main processes: inserting the component parts, and soldering the component leads to the PCB track.
Wave Soldering
Wave soldering is the accepted norm for through-hole assembly. We have our own wave soldering machine to achieve a higher speed of component throughput, and to provide consistent quality in the solder application.
Test, Inspection and Repair
We can test and inspect your products to stringent test criteria, ensuring quality and consistency.
