Roscan Electronics has been trading for over 26 years as a sub-contractor to the electronic communications industry.

We have wealth of experience in:

• Manufacturing PCB's
• Prototype wiring - including wire wrapping
• Cable forms & harnesses
• Test equipment manufacture from circuit diagrams
• Sub-assembly work
• Assembling surface mount prototypes
• Carrying out small batch runs

We also have injection mould facilities on our MK4 Injection machine.

This breadth of expertise, gained over the last 26 years has come from working with leading companies such as Thales Defence Group, Chubb Fire & Alarms, GEC, Digital Equipment Co. Ltd and Vodafone, (All of whom have given Roscan QA Approval).

Roscan is an accredited sub-contractor in antenna manufacture, data cabling, cabinet wiring, and installations. We also manufacture broadcast equipment for various companies.

All our staff are trained to the Wire Harness Manufacturer's Association
A-620 Standards, which describes the acceptability criteria for producing crimped, mechanically secured or soldered interconnections as well as the lacing and restraining criteria related to cable and harness assemblies.

Roscan has developed a quality culture, supported by ongoing employee training, and have adopted the IPC-A-610 workmanship standards for PCB assembly.

We are currently in the process of setting up ISO 9002 Approval and will gladly demonstrate that we can meet your standards of quality and delivery dates at competitive prices.

Roscan Electronics have been awarded the BS EN ISO 14001 - 2004 approval rating for PCB Assembly, Injection Moulding, Cable & Harness assembly, Material Procurement and Test, Inspection and Repair, and Antenna Manufacturing.
